Making a purchase

Once you have ordered and uploaded your poster, you are taken to a secure server to pay for the chosen goods. This method of payment is very safe for you, the customer. We accept all major credit cards via the secure World Pay site.

We also accept cheques (made payable to "StroudPrint"), should you wish to pay this way.

Credit card payments are authorised in real time, and products are normally despatched within five working days of authorisation. Goods paid for by cheque are despatched once the cheque has passed through our bank's clearing system.

Value Added Tax

Is levied on all goods sold on this site. All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. An invoice showing the amount will be sent with your order.

Postage and packing

We only deliver to UK (or BFPO). There is a postage and packing charge of £2.00 per poster except for which is £0.00. If you wish to make alternative delivery arrangements please contact us direct.

Returns / Refund policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, you can return any item (unless customised, in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations, regulation 13), in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund.

You also have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without giving a reason and return the goods to Great Big Posters (StroudPrint) for a full refund. Any refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Alterations

All information on this site is as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to alter or substitute items, and change prices of these items without warning.
